Shipping & Order Policy – Intehaaab

Order Confirmation (Cash on Delivery)

For Cash on Delivery orders, Intehaaab may ask customers to confirm their order before it is shipped. This process helps reduce incorrect or fake orders and ensures smooth delivery.

If a customer does not complete the verification step within the given time, Intehaaab may delay or cancel the order.

Once verification is completed, the order is treated as final and will be prepared for dispatch. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to accept the delivery at the provided address.

Orders that remain unverified for more than 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.

Track Your Order

After dispatch, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. Customers can use this link or visit the tracking section on our website to check real-time delivery updates.

Cancellation Policy

Intehaaab reserves the right to cancel orders before shipment in certain situations, including:

  • Item becomes unavailable after order placement
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Unexpected technical issues

Shipping Details

Delivery Within Pakistan

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days
  • During promotions or sales: up to 7 to 9 business days

Shipping Fees:

  • COD orders: PKR 200
  • Prepaid orders: PKR 150

To ensure faster fulfillment, some orders may be shipped in separate packages. Customers will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Delivery timelines may be slightly delayed during busy periods such as Eid or national holidays.

Worldwide Shipping

  • Normal delivery timeframe: 5 to 8 business days
  • During sale periods: 10 to 14 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.

If customs charges are not paid, the shipment may be returned or cancelled, and no refund will be issued for such cases.

Shipping charges for international orders depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel weight

All applicable duties and taxes are excluded unless mentioned otherwise.
